It's Blog Hop day 2 Day! This week we are using Karen Burniston's Sizzix Bigz XL Cube, Twist 3-D pop up die. I have been working on my Disney Albums, and I thought how cool would this project be as a Disney Cube Card. I have Karen's die and I LOVE it, it is really quick and simple to use! I have made several projects with the die. I simply cut out the die pieces with black paper. Then I cut my photo pieces from the die face side down. I sewed on some mini Mickey confetti from a Disney Mickey punch I have. I adhered the photos to the cube. I then created my card with some scrap pieces of chip board I had. I distressed around the sides of my card, and laced it up.
Here are the supplies I used:
Karen Burniston's Sizzix Bigz XL Die-Twist 3 D Pup Up Cube Die (#656739)
Sizzix Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
Misc. Disney Papers, embellishments, and Disney ribbon
Here are the photo albums I have been working on which inspired me to make the Disney Cube Card:
Here are a few photos of the inside:
THANKS for "Hopping By"! See you next week!

You are such an amazing crafter, Bonnie! I love the way you layer things. This entire Disney album is a treasure that they boys will love to look through over the years. Your cube project is an amazing addition! Thanks, my friend!

I love how you used the box in your Disney Album! It's a nice way to incorporate those small, but important, photos. I bet this page gets a lot of attention!

Wow, you are a real scrapbooker! As opposed to me, who has her photos in the original sleeves!! I'm so impressed!

This is awesome! I love how you used two photos on the one side of the die so it didn't have to be cut in half. I wish I would have thought of that for a previous project.
